  I had ordered a 3d printer filament dryer from Wold3D from their online store. After the order went through, I paid for it, and a few days later, I got a call saying that the item I purchased was not in stock. At that point, I asked them to refund the payment so that I can purchase it from another source. It's been over 10 days and there has been no refund yet. For what ever reason, they are not able or willing to refund through the original method I used to pay for the product. They seem to be employing delaying tactics in bad faith, asking for additional documentation like a cancelled cheque. In my experience, well run business just refund to the original payment method without any drama. Will not recommend that customers use Wol3D for any purchases.

  Exceptional Service & Truly Customer-Centric Approach – WOL3D I had first visited WOL3D with the intention of purchasing a 3D printer. However, since their location was slightly farther from my office, I eventually decided to purchase a printer from another company. Unfortunately, after receiving the printer, I faced some technical issues that the company I purchased it from was unable to resolve satisfactorily. That’s when my experience with WOL3D — and especially Falguni — completely changed my perception of what genuine customer service should be. Although I wasn’t even their customer at the time, Falguni went out of her way to help me. She took the initiative to arrange a part that I needed and guided me through the issue, despite having no obligation to do so. Her willingness to help, patience, and genuine concern for solving my problem were truly remarkable. I also had been looking for a CMS system that was extremely difficult to source and was not readily available anywhere. WOL3D went the extra mile and made it available for me. This kind of commitment to finding solutions for customers is rare and deserves special appreciation. Falguni, thank you for your incredible support and for going above and beyond. Your attitude towards customer service is a reflection of the culture at WOL3D, and it is something that deserves to be recognised. I may have started out as someone who chose to buy a printer elsewhere, but because of the way WOL3D treated me when they didn't even have to, you have gained a customer for life. Truly grateful for the support, service, and professionalism. Highly recommend WOL3D to anyone looking for 3D printing solutions — not just for their products, but for the people behind the brand.
